“I am always inspired by Hong Kong’s architecture and the vibrancy of this great city. For the Blue Orchitecture design, I have chosen a blue orchid as the focal point. The orchid flower is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful of all flowers. To my eyes, the orchid looks serene, elegant, and graceful. The colour blue is representational of Hong Kong in the financial world: trust, success, responsibility, wealth and prestige. As background to the blue orchid, I have used a combination of natural and wild foliage to give textural impact and energy. The Blue Orchitecture is my artistically interpretation of Hong Kong’s financial district.”
